| | Today we followed a course in First Aid for sailors. First there was an extended presentation by emergency doctor Anton Bloom. He works for the foundation Medical Team Nederland and provides emergency help at several events all around Nederland.
So now we know what to do when we have a concussion, heart failure and we know how to apply different bandages. We also practiced CPR on a doll and trained with AED.
In short, it was an interesting day, filled with information we could use now or in the future.
